Acquisition of QSight IT completed

Summary

Today, Royal KPN N.V. (“KPN”) announces that it has completed the acquisition of QSight IT Holding B.V. (“QSight IT”), which was announced on 3 October 2017.

This follows regulatory approval by the ACM on 30 November 2017. The acquisition of QSight IT is in line with KPN’s strategy to grow its security and public cloud consultancy business and further strengthens its position as a leading security services provider in The Netherlands.
