KPN reopens 16 stores with comprehensive health and safety measures

On 20 March, sixteen KPN shops throughout the country will open again in order to make physical services to KPN customers possible again. Extensive measures have been implemented in these shops in order to guarantee optimum health and safety for customers and employees.

KPN believes that it is important to be able to receive customers for, amongst other things, repairs, the sale of services and products and the much-needed service that enables customers to be in contact and work from home now.

KPN is adhering to the RIVM guidelines to limit physical contact. Only one customer per employee is permitted in the shop at any time. Plexiglas protection is placed between the customer and the employee.

The shops are taking extra measures to ensure optimal hygiene. The shop is cleaned and disinfected every day. Disinfecting gel is made available in the shops.

The locations are:

Alkmaar, Almere, Amsterdam Duivendrecht, Arnhem, Breda, Den Bosch, Eindhoven-Son, Goes, Groningen, Heerlen, Hengelo, Leeuwarden, Nieuwegein, Rijswijk, Rotterdam, Zwolle.
