KPN Ventures investeert in slimme intercom oplossing ‘nello’

Samenvatting

KPN Ventures heeft geïnvesteerd in nello, een Duitse startup die een slimme uitbreiding voor bestaande intercom systemen heeft ontwikkeld. Met deze uitbreiding kunnen bewoners van appartementsgebouwen hun intercom aan hun wifi koppelen en daarmee op afstand, via een app, toegang tot hun appartementsgebouw geven aan familie, vrienden of dienstverleners zoals bijvoorbeeld pakjesbezorgers. De investering is in lijn met de strategie van KPN Ventures om te investeren in connected home diensten. KPN doet samen met bestaande aandeelhouders HBT Holdings en KfW mee in een financieringsronde van in totaal 1,5 miljoen euro.
